when chaotic minds and volatile emotions
leave you lost - walk the liminal path
in person - denver colorad
Your needs and dreams sit like your coffee: cold, forgotten, and given the empty promise that it will be enjoyed one day.
And there is your coffee. Just sitting there.
Waiting. Patiently,
Longing for you
If the answer were simple, Life and Previous Therapist would've given it to you already.
You've been searching for something different, and you're tired of settling.
you’ve tried the once-a-week therapy thing. It helps—sort of. But six days between sessions? That’s a lot of time to spiral, second-guess, and feel like you’re white-knuckling it alone.
Even when you escape to try and find the truth, you get lost in your mind.
Walk the Liminal Path—a new way forward.
- Go deep in individual therapy—weekly sessions that build on each other, not start from scratch
- Build skills to manage daily crisis and distress—so you’re not white-knuckling it through the week
- Creatively explore yourself and share bravely with others—in a group that gets it
- Find haven in the natural world—and experience it in a reciprocal, healing way
- Have a guide with you every step—available when you need support, not just on appointment day

common questions
The short answer? Yes.
The Long Answer:
I am In netowrk with Colorado Access Medicaid, Lyra Health, and SANA Health Benefits
If you have out of network benefits, you can use Thrizer to make therapy WAY financially feasible. The way it works is after you meet your out-of-network deductible, Thrizer does the billing on my behalf. They make it so you only have to pay what you’d owe after reimbursement, and still pay me in full (it really is a win win).

I sure do! The Liminal Path has been designed to be all-encompassing and provide care directly to you. That means you get the benefit of having my time when you need it. We’ll have a secure messaging platform to keep your privacy protected.
I get it—groups give you the heebie-jeebies and make you uncomfortable. But the Liminal Path has been designed intentionally to include all of the elements that come with it. Taking one portion out is like only halfway packing for a camping trip. It’ll be incomplete, miserable, and you’ll end early.
